Announcement | MISSANG joins the MCF4 Framework – LOT 5 (HR)

We’re pleased to share that MISSANG has been awarded a place on theCrown Commercial Service's Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4), under LOT 5 – Human Resources.
This means public sector organisations be it Central & Local Government, including NHS Trusts, can now access our strategic HR and workforce transformation services through a compliant, easy-to-access route.
Our inclusion on MCF4 comes at a pivotal time. The NHS10_Year_Plan calls for smarter workforce design, better use of digital tools, and a focus on long-term sustainability.
That’s exactly where we’ve been making a difference ; from cutting agency spend to optimising job planning and rostering across major NHS programmes. And yes, we are technology-agnostic.
This opens up a compliant route for public sector organisations, from NHS Trusts and ICBs to CentralGovernment,local_Authorities, and even defence_bodies to access our support for workforce transformation.
